Condizioni di vendita B2B

Condizioni generali di vendita B2B

Ultimo aggiornamento: 6 novembre 2026

1. Ambito, venditore e definizioni

Cliente IVA in fattura
Italia 22%
UE senza partita IVA valida 22%
Paesi extra UE non imponibile, art. 8 c. 1 lett. a) DPR 633/1972

8.3 Salvo dolo o colpa grave (art.

General Terms of Sale (B2B)

Last updated: 6 November 2026

English translation of the Italian text. If the two versions differ, the Italian text prevails.

1. Scope, seller and definitions

1.1 These Terms govern all sales made through the reseller area ("B2B Area") of the sccards.it website.

1.2 The seller is Border Island S.r.l., registered office Via Fratelli Rosselli 10, 20054 Segrate (MI), Italy, operational office and warehouse Via Francesco Petrarca 21, 20093 Cologno Monzese (MI), Italy, VAT and tax code IT13680700963, REA MI-2737750, share capital €15,000.00 fully paid up, PEC borderislandsrl@pecimprese.it, trading under the brand SCCARDS ("SCCARDS" or "we").

1.3 The B2B Area is reserved for business customers: companies, shops and resellers holding a VAT number or an equivalent tax ID, buying for their business ("Reseller" or "Customer"). Consumers may not buy in the B2B Area; consumer protection rules (Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005), including the right of withdrawal, therefore do not apply.

1.4 By submitting an access request or an order, the Customer declares that it acts for purposes related to its business and accepts these Terms. The Customer's own terms do not apply unless we accept them in writing.

1.5 Sales to consumers on the public sccards.it website are governed by separate terms.

2. Reseller account

2.1 To access the B2B Area the Customer fills in the request form with its company details (company name, VAT number, registered address, SDI code or PEC for Italian customers, contact person and login email).

2.2 We review requests within 1–2 business days, including through the European VIES system for EU VAT numbers. We may approve or reject a request at our discretion, without giving reasons.

2.3 Once approved, the Customer logs in with the email provided and a one-time code sent to that address, without a password. The Customer is responsible for the use of its access and must tell us immediately about any unauthorised use. The account may not be transferred to third parties.

2.4 The Customer guarantees that the data provided are true and up to date and promptly informs us of any change (address, VAT number, billing details).

2.5 We may suspend or close an account, also without notice, in case of false data, missed payments, breach of these Terms or conduct that may harm SCCARDS or the manufacturers.

3. Products, prices and VAT

3.1 We sell collectible products (cases, boxes, displays and packs) in the manufacturer's original sealed packaging. Photos and descriptions are indicative; the product delivered is the one identified by the name and code in the order.

3.2 B2B Area prices are reserved for Resellers, are in euro and exclude VAT. Prices may change at any time; the price in force when the order is submitted applies.

3.3 VAT is applied according to the destination country and the Customer's tax position:

Customer VAT on the invoice
Italy 22%
EU with a VAT number valid on VIES not taxable, art. 41 Decree-Law 331/1993 (the Customer accounts for VAT in its own country)
EU without a valid VAT number 22%
Outside the EU not taxable, art. 8(1)(a) Presidential Decree 633/1972

3.4 Shipping costs, duties, import taxes and customs charges for countries outside the EU are not included in the prices (see section 6).

3.5 The contents of individual packs, boxes and cases (cards, variants, autographs, numbered cards) are random and determined by the manufacturer. We do not guarantee any specific card or any market value of the contents.

4. Orders

4.1 The minimum order is €200 excluding VAT (or the equivalent in the currency shown). Orders below the minimum cannot be submitted.

4.2 Orders are submitted without payment at checkout. By submitting an order the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the Customer receives our order confirmation email. From then on the goods are reserved for the Customer for 24 hours, pending payment.

4.3 The quantities shown depend on our stock and may change. If a product is no longer available, or if the order contains an obvious error in price or description, we may cancel the order in whole or in part after notifying the Customer; any amounts already paid for the cancelled part are refunded.

4.4 We may limit quantities per product or per Customer, especially for new releases with limited availability.

4.5 Once paid, an order cannot be changed or cancelled by the Customer unless we agree in writing.

5. Payment and invoicing

5.1 The only payment method accepted in the B2B Area is bank transfer in advance. Card payments and deferred payment are not available.

5.2 After the order we email a proforma with the amount payable (goods and shipping, including VAT where due), our bank details and the payment reference (the order number). The proforma is not an invoice.

5.3 The bank transfer must be made within 24 hours of the order for the exact proforma amount. If payment is not received by then, we may cancel the order and put the goods back on sale, at no cost to the Customer.

5.4 The Customer's bank charges and fees (including for transfers from abroad or in currencies other than euro) are borne by the Customer: we must receive the full amount.

5.5 Once the order has shipped we issue an electronic invoice, transmitted through the Italian Exchange System (SDI) for Italian customers and emailed as a copy to all customers.

6. Shipping and delivery

6.1 We ship once the bank transfer is credited, to the shipping address registered for the Customer's location. The address cannot be changed at checkout; to change it, the Customer writes to us before ordering.

6.2 The shipping cost depends on weight, size and delivery address, includes packaging and is shown in the cart and in the proforma. We ship from our warehouse in Cologno Monzese (MI) with UPS, FedEx, TNT or DHL. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

6.3 The risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer when the goods are handed to the carrier (art. 1510 Italian Civil Code). We pack the goods carefully and, in case of damage or loss, we assist the Customer with the claim against the carrier.

6.4 For shipments outside the European Union the Customer is the importer: duties, import VAT, customs charges and clearance costs are borne by the Customer. A shipment refused because of these costs is refunded net of the outbound and return shipping costs.

7. Inspection, complaints and returns

7.1 On delivery the Customer checks the parcels before signing. If a parcel is damaged, opened or tampered with, the Customer signs "accepted with reservation", describing the problem, and notifies us within 24 hours with photos.

7.2 Missing, wrong or damaged products inside intact parcels must be reported within 8 days of delivery (art. 1495 Italian Civil Code) by writing to sccardsshop@gmail.com with the order number and photos. Contested products must not be opened or used.

7.3 If the complaint is justified, at our choice we replace the product or refund the price paid for it, including any return shipping we have authorised.

7.4 We do not accept returns of opened products, nor complaints about the random contents of packs, boxes and cases (section 3.5). Printing or manufacturing defects of the cards are the manufacturer's responsibility: we can help the Customer contact the manufacturer, but we are not directly liable for them.

7.5 As this is a sale between businesses, there is no right of withdrawal. Returns other than those under section 7.3 are possible only with our written agreement.

8. Resale, trademarks, liability and force majeure

8.1 The Customer may resell the products purchased as part of its business, in compliance with the law and with any distribution rules of the manufacturers. B2B Area prices, price list and terms are confidential and must not be disclosed.

8.2 Topps, Panini and the other brands shown in the B2B Area belong to their respective owners. Texts, photos and graphics of the B2B Area belong to SCCARDS and may not be reproduced without permission.

8.3 Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence (art. 1229 Italian Civil Code), our liability for each order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of customers or other indirect damages.

8.4 We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to causes beyond our control, such as manufacturer delays, strikes, carrier or customs blockages, natural events or orders of the authorities. In such cases we may cancel the part of the order that cannot be fulfilled and refund any amount already paid.

9. Governing law, jurisdiction, changes and contacts

9.1 These Terms are governed by Italian law. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) does not apply.

9.2 The Court of Milan has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

9.3 We may change these Terms by publishing the new version in the B2B Area. Orders are governed by the version in force when they are submitted.

9.4 These Terms are drafted in Italian and translated into English; if the two versions differ, the Italian text prevails.

9.5 Contacts: Border Island S.r.l. (SCCARDS), Via Fratelli Rosselli 10, 20054 Segrate (MI), Italy · VAT IT13680700963 · sccardsshop@gmail.com · PEC borderislandsrl@pecimprese.it · REA MI-2737750 · Share capital €15,000.00 fully paid up.

9.6 Under arts. 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, when requesting access the Customer specifically approves the following clauses: 2.5 (account suspension or closure), 4.3 (order cancellation), 6.3 (transfer of risk to the carrier), 7.2 and 7.4 (complaint deadlines and returns), 8.3 (limitation of liability), 9.2 (exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan).
